JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a receptionist/administrator for Lapland High School Kiruna, where the main task will be to work with service and support for students, staff, principals, and external contacts. You will perform various administrative tasks (information, phone, service, record-keeping, etc.). You will also collaborate closely with other members of the administrative team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education. Experience in similar tasks is an advantage. As a person, you are independent, proactive, and have a professional and service-oriented demeanor. You have good collaboration skills and the ability to develop work together with others in the team. You are creative, meticulous, and find solutions with the students' best interests in focus. You have a positive attitude towards using new technology. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the structure and content of high school education.
